Job Description:

An Account associate’s responsibilities include prospecting, email and LinkedIn marketing, and CRM management in support of the business directors.

Requirements:

• proficiency with CRM software
• proficiency with google workspace e.g google sheet, docs, and drive
• ability to adapt to new tools and software
• high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• fast typing skills
• ability to follow instructions and company policies
• can work under fast paced and multicultural working environment
• can work under pressure
• results-oriented

Technical requirements:

• At least 8GB of RAM and i3 processor or equivalent
• At least 25mbps download and upload speed of internet
• Must have at least 2 devices: Main and backup
• Must have at least 2 internet connection: Main (postpaid) and backup (prepaid)
• Devices must be compatible with LastPass – the password manager that our company uses.
