Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and thrive on creating structure and order out of chaos
  • Experience with Google Drive and Google Workspace and know how to optimize these tools to keep a team running smoothly
  • Excellent communicator and can work effectively with team members across departments
  • Have knowledge of cloud storage and file-sharing best practices and can help us ensure that our files are secure and well-managed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an organized system for Google Drive folders for our company with 50+ team members, ensuring that files are correctly labelled, organized, and easily accessible to all team members
  • Set up appropriate access and permission levels for different team members, departments, and projects, ensuring that everyone has the access they need while keeping confidential information secure
  • Keep track of different document versions to avoid confusion and duplication, and work to streamline our overall document management process
  • Train team members on how to use and maintain the organized Google Drive folders, making sure everyone is up to speed and can navigate the system with ease
  • Review and update the folder organization as needed to ensure that it remains effective and efficient for the entire team, always looking for ways to improve our processes
