We run a marketing agency at Project Growth, and we need help finding a Brand Marketing Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
• Develop creative and engaging copy for website, social media, and other marketing materials
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase audience engagement
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events
• Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to increase brand visibility
• Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments and provide recommendations on how to incorporate them into marketing strategies

Required Experience:

You’ll need to be completely fluent in both written and verbal English. You need to be able to communicate quickly, and you need to have the following experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in copywriting for marketing materials
• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on brand voice and messaging
• Experience with social media analytics and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
