Job Description:

This is a critical role for us at roHealth as we are at an early stage of growth. As a Product Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Maximizing customer acquisition, activation, retention and the entire lifecycle of our customers.
  • Leading diverse experimentation processes along with data-driven decision-making to drive our products to the next level of scale, impact and profitability.
  • Leading a team of content writers, social media managers and creative designers to achieve maximum impact across all brand touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers and product designers to optimise the product for a delightful user onboarding experience, infusing growth loops and a seamless user activation process.
  • Identifying behaviours that drive value to maximise conversions across the acquisition and activation parts of the funnel.
  • Driving measurable impact on the products at roHealth to ensure maximum revenue on each product within every passing year.
  • Ultimately positioning roHealth for long-term growth, engagement and monetization across its product lines in a seamless manner.

In the first week, expect to:

  • Onboard and integrate into the roHealth team—Meet with the marketing team and other functional teams you will actively work with.
  • Meet with the divisions to dive deep into our history, assets, roadmap, and unexplored opportunities that you will be able to lead with.
  • Attend and participate in relevant agile rituals such as standups, retros and growth marketing meetings to get acquainted with roHealth’s processes.

In the first month, expect to:

  • Work with teams to optimise user experience, SEO, lead generation, and growth hacking for conversions.
  • Focus on building out roHealth’s benefits platform and managing the roHealth Business integrations and ensuring the product is up and running and delivering strong results
  • Optimise and implement all existing strategies to ensure continuity of created growth marketing campaigns, creating important product growth tweaks where necessary.
  • Create, document and launch new strategies that further drive product growth across all relevant metrics.

In the first three months, expect to:

  • Drive month-on-month growth for financial and non-financial metrics for roHealth.
  • Create a clear dashboard for data to measure growth initiatives, with help from the data team.
  • Demonstrate a clear measure of your impact through business results, your relationships, and excellence in execution.
  • Drive significant impact on growth.


  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Growth Manager, Marketing Manager or Growth Manager preferably in a Fintech/SaaS startup environment.
  • A track record of driving positive business impact with creative ideas and growth initiatives for digital products.
  • Knowledge of growth loops, lifecycle management and product gamification is desirable.
  • Experience leading teams, working cross-functionally with product teams and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Traceable impact of creating marketing campaigns that drive high market awareness and conversions for new products.
  • Experience working in an agency is an added advantage.
